TaLisa Bealum

 

Branch Manager

TaLisa started her real estate career at a young age. 10 years old to be exact! Her father owned and operated the largest African American-owned real estate office in Southern California. She spent much of her childhood learning and falling in love with the business.

After attending college, she officially began her real estate career in 1996 and became a broker in the Sacramento area in 2003. She owned and operated Bealum & Associates, a Real Estate and Mortgage company. This experience is where she found her true passion: to manage and train REALTORS®.

Fast forward to 2016, where TaLisa assumed the role of Regional Marketing Manager for Coldwell Banker’s Sacramento/Tahoe Region. It’s a different experience to work with a corporation. Not only do you get more support, but you have the ability to learn from your counterparts all over the world. TaLisa was able to use that knowledge to lead the development and rollout of CB’s Core Four Values and Marketing Program. These programs are all about supporting REALTORS® and ensuring they have all that they need. In 2017, TaLisa brought her knowledge of marketing, managing, and coaching to the Auburn office and as of 2020 she now manages the office in Roseville-Granite Bay. She is now able to do what she loves every single day: helping you do what you love. From handling the ups and downs of transactions, discussing compliance, learning prospecting strategies, to even laughing through happy hours, TaLisa is here for you!

Deal Operations Specialist

Our Deal Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of real estate transactions. This dedicated professional is responsible for data entry and transaction processing, meticulously creating and managing listings and pending transactions. By maintaining large volumes of information across various real estate-specific databases, they ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date. They also review and audit documentation, enter information, and upload documents and photos into the local MLS, while managing transactions within our operating system and communicating with Sales Associates regarding any incomplete files.

In addition to their data management duties, our Deal Operations Specialist provides invaluable support to our agents. Working closely with branch office administrative staff and Agent Services staff, they ensure data accuracy and compliance, preventing errors and maintaining the integrity of our records. They are always ready to offer customer support to our agents and supporting staff, addressing any questions and ensuring compliance with required paperwork. Their role is vital in maintaining the high standards of service and efficiency that our clients expect.

Meet our dedicated Regional Support Specialist (RSS), who plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Coldwell Banker Real Estate branch offices. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, they provide essential administrative, operational, and customer service support to our leaders and agents. Whether it’s processing agent transactions, liaising with different departments and business partners, or managing general office administration, our RSS is always ready to assist.

Our RSS is committed to fostering a welcoming and efficient office environment. They collaborate closely with facilities and IT partners to keep everything in working order, maintain office supplies, and greet agents and customers with a friendly demeanor. Their dedication to providing white-glove service and promoting a supportive office culture helps our agents thrive. Additionally, they ensure transactions are compliant and processed efficiently, support the Branch Manager with various tasks, and assist with agent onboarding. Their multifaceted role is crucial in helping our agents live exceptional lives and achieve their business goals.
